Starting from the south -
E W Ford Park

When approaching Home Hill from the south, this park is just past the Race Club on the right hand side. Turn right into First Street for easy parking.
Facilities - electric barbeque, tables with seating, bins, toilets, potable water taps, shady trees.

The Comfort Stop

Turn into the Service Lane at the Post Office.  Map Link »
Facilities - electric barbeques, stainless steel benches and sinks, tables with seating, bins, toilets, showers, potable water taps, shade, free 48-hour RV parking.

Watsons Green

Just off the highway (Eighth Ave) in Ninth Street. Site of Home Hill's annual Harvest Festival in November, and Carols in the Park at Christmas.
Facilities - skateboard ramp, basketball half court, stage area for band or choir, shady trees, lighting for night events.

Arch Dunn Park

On the corner of Tenth Avenue and Tenth Street, opposite the Catholic Church.
Facilities - childrens' playground, electric barbeque, tables and seating, bins, near to toilets, drinking fountain and taps, shady trees.

Lloyd Mann Park

Hard to miss this one - its in the main street on the highway just north of the Police Station. A concrete path meanders through the tropical forest. Wheelchair, wheelie-walker and pram friendly.
Facilities - table and seating, bins, shady trees, walking trail.

Sixth Avenue

Turn left off the highway at the Fourteenth A Street rail crossing, turn left again.
Facilities - tables and seating at the southern end, potable water, shady trees.

Kidbys Gully, 14thA Street
A garden on the bank of Kidbys Gully, along 14thA Street, between Twelfth and Thirteenth Avenue.

Lions Fruit Tree Park

On the left side of the highway when travelling north, opposite the other Lions Park, at the base of the approach to the Burdekin Bridge. Wearing of footwear advisable.
Facilities - free fruit when avail-able.

Lions Park

At the right hand side of the highway when approaching the Burdekin Bridge. Turn into the side street for easier parking.
Facilities - tables with seating, bins, toilets, potable water taps, shady trees.
